HANDS ON HISTORY Colonial America History – Lots of hands on activities to keep young minds engaged in learning about early American History.

Nicknamed “Hamilton” History, this class is centered around the early years of colonial living, how and why we became the United States of America. We will follow the musical “Hamilton” (no foul language will be shared in class) and compare it to the historical timeline and facts to see where things differed. We will work with hands on activities every week to help students understand what life was life during this time period. Some activities include; making ink and feather quills, writing in cursive, cooking authentic recipes of the time, playing period games, doing colonial “chores,” learning about weapons and warfare of the time, and handicrafts! *all supplies included in tuition. CLASS SIZE: 8 students
