Online Classroom Conduct

Cameras should be on for the duration of the class, unless the student needs to briefly step away.

Students won’t be admitted into class unless they use a name the teacher recognizes… preferably their full name.  This helps ensure we don’t allow unregistered students or unwanted guests into our classes.  Make sure to change your username in zoom prior to joining the meeting.

Refund Policy

Cancel anytime.  Cancellations submitted after the first class of the month begins will terminate the subscription at the end of the same month.  In other words, if you’ve paid for the month and class already began, there’s no refund for that month.  You won’t be charged the following month.

No refunds once classes begin.  If you cancel before classes begin, you will be refunded the full amount less any credit card processing fees charged by our merchant services provider.

Due to the nature of these courses, all sales are final.  If you’re unsure if you’ll enjoy the content, we encourage you to check out one of the free videos available on our website prior to purchasing.

If you cancel at least 30 days prior to the first day of class, you will be refunded the full amount less any credit card processing fees charged by our merchant services provider.  Cancellations less than 30 days prior will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.

No refunds for downloadable products.
